A week to receive and nourish yourself, find new inspirations and deepen your practice on several levels.

Yoga teachers, your turn to enjoy long morning practices with meditation, Pranayama and Asanas, which will be followed by a big healthy breakfast and a few hours of rest to enjoy the sun, go to the ocean or just do nothing .

Before dinner on certain days, we will meet for exchanges on our practices or for a session of Restorative Yoga.

Two afternoons will be completely “off”.

The evenings will be devoted to meditation, Bajans (singing) or Yoga Nidra to end our beautiful days spent together.
