This 5-day residential seminar is part of Jon Kabat-Zinn's “Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction” MBSR program, which includes progress and the main exercises.

 

The purpose of the MBSR Program is to teach Mindfulness techniques and to anchor them durably in the daily life of the participants so that they are definitely able to cope better with the difficulties they encounter.

 

The particularity of the MBSR is to actively support everyone to mobilize their own resources: the participants learn to know and listen to their bodies better, to observe and discipline their minds, to welcome their emotions in order, ultimately, to trust their own experience and become the "world expert" of their own life.

 

During this seminar we will cultivate our capacity of attention to the present moment by the regular practice of different techniques of Mindfulness: formal meditations, movements in full consciousness, body scanning, meditative walks, informal practices.

 

 

What can we expect from the practice of mindfulness?

 

In terms of health - Reduction of stress and anxiety and all their food - Improvement of the quality of sleep - Reduction of chronic pain and facilitation of the healing process

In terms of personal development - Development of emotional intelligence: better coping with complicated situations - Improvement of concentration, attention stability, memory skills - Help in decision-making thanks to greater lucidity on situations

In terms of relationships - Development of benevolence towards oneself and others - Establishment of more peaceful relationships with family, personal and professional entourage - Affirmation of one's singularity, authenticity, assertiveness

  • 7h00 - 8h00 meditation and awakening of the body
  • 8:30 am - 9:00 am: breakfast
  • 9:30 am - 12:30 pm: workshops
  • 1 p.m .: lunch
  • 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. rest and free time
  • 3.30 p.m. - 6 p.m .: workshops
  • 7:00 p.m .: dinner
  • 8:00 p.m .: free time or exchange time
