By exploring one or more concrete cases from the experience of the participants, the training will alternate between practical exercises, sharing and sharing within the group of

participants for:

• become aware of what happens in you during tension or conflict,
• welcome moments of discomfort with more openness and confidence,
• go from a hot reaction to new responses in the relations department,
• offer congruent positioning and take action in accordance with its values,
• promote the co-creation of mutually satisfactory solutions,
• respect the uniqueness of individuals and put it at the service of common objectives.
