Aimed at parents, educators and more generally anyone interacting

with a young or adolescent audience, this three-day training course aims to appropriate

concrete tools for:

• Establish and embody a meaningful framework, becoming the guarantor of a relational ethics
• Learn to constructively transform situations of tension or conflict
• Foster autonomy and empowerment through creative positioning & amp; words of conscience
• Fluidize mutual understanding and support positive cooperation on a daily basis
• Improve the quality of support by better taking into account the needs at stake
• Adopt a fair emotional distance from the situations encountered to remain credible and reassuring
• Become a benchmark and guarantor of the framework of the relationship (security, well-being, confidentiality) in all circumstances
• Facilitate the expression of those supported (needs, apprehensions, expectations) to better target their responses and actions

PROGRAM

A reflexive pedagogy favoring the integration of tools step by step, thanks to alternation

theoretical contributions and practical exercises (on cases proposed by the trainer as on

professional issues brought by the participants): shared scenarios,

in-depth explorations in subgroups & amp; collective pooling / synthesis time.
